Chuck calls it “Bonanza” because, to him, that word means a lucky find with something unexpectedly good.
Instead of focusing on a single vineyard or vintage, Bonanza blends wines from across California’s best regions. This approach lets Chuck and his team choose fruit for flavor and quality first—not just reputation or price tag.

The Cabernet - a fruit-forward, full-bodied Cabernet, layered with dark berries and complemented by notes of dark chocolate, cherry, plum, and vanilla. Expect silky, velvety tannins, warm spice, and just a hint of oak & toast totally perfect for approachable sipping, paired with rich meats and burgers.
The Vinekeeper Cabernet - Napa Cab straight to you! "The Vinekeeper" will showcase different areas over time - this debut comes from Napa Valley. Balance is this wine's middle name.
