Shiner Spirits are craft distilled spirits produced by K. Spoetzl Distillery at the historic Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas — the same Texas brewery that’s been making iconic Shiner beer since 1909.
The Line Up:
Shiner 'Shine (Corn Whiskey / Moonshine) – A smooth, full-bodied white whiskey made from a four-grain mash and double copper pot-distilled. Then there's the Cinnamon 'Shine - a whole new world of goodness!
Shiner Vodka – Clean and crisp, distilled using proprietary yeast and Texas artesian well water for a smooth finish.
Shiner Gin – Grain-to-glass gin featuring botanicals like Ashe juniper, grapefruit peel, and pecans that reflect Texas character.
These spirits draw on the same malts and artesian water used in Shiner beers and pass through copper apparatus originally associated with the brewery’s historic operations.

Shiner has been expanding its spirits lineup:
Shiner Texas Legend Bourbon Whiskey is a limited, distillery-only bourbon from barrels filled at the distillery’s first bourbon run, aged for multiple Texas summers and bottled at cask strength.
Other whiskey expressions like Shiner Texas Bourbon Single Barrel have also appeared, showing continued growth in the Shiner Spirits.
