Ingredients: -16 oz. burrata -4 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced -4 peaches, sliced -2 bunches green grapes -3 cups bing cherries -4 oz. package salami -2 oz. package prosciutto -fresh basil for garnish -fresh mint for garnish -pinot noir to pair Directions: Begin with washing all of your produce. Then, slice your heirloom tomatoes and peaches. To arrange your board, lay your burrata in the center and layer your fruits and meats around it to fill out all empty spaces. There are endless designs to arrange your board, do what feels best for how you are looking for present it! Garnish with fresh basil and mint for the perfect pop of green.
