Sipping: Banshee - Easy to Love. Hard to Put Down.

These are Sonoma wines done right - bright, balanced, and delicious. 🍷

Banshee Wines was born in 2009 at a bar in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. With money borrowed from friends and family, the original founders launched Banshee Wines with eight barrels of coveted Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. The initial intent was to make wines that tasted like the best California had to offer, but were priced so that everyone could enjoy them.

Banshee is particularly well-known for its Pinot Noir, which is sourced from cool-climate vineyards across the Sonoma Coast, Russian River Valley, and Anderson Valley.

Pinot Noir (Sonoma County): Considered the most important wine in their lineup; typically features aromas of cherry, raspberry, and forest floor with bright acidity.

Cabernet Sauvignon (Sonoma County): An approachable, medium-bodied red with flavors of milk chocolate, strawberry crumble, and fine tannins.

"Mordecai" Red Blend: A bold, "giant" red blend that highlights the winery's innovative spirit.

Other Varietals: The portfolio also includes crisp Sauvignon Blanc, vibrant Chardonnay, mouth-watering Rosé, and the "Ten of Cups" Sparkling Brut.

Special Collaborations: Recently released a limited edition "Complicated" Pinot Noir in collaboration with Avril Lavigne. Banshee “Complicated” is all about contrast - layered enough to feel elevated, but still easy enough to drink without overthinking it. It’s Sonoma with a modern edge: expressive fruit, a little intrigue, and a finish that keeps people coming back for another sip.
